Roy's does fantastic work. They installed all new windows on a condo I own. They were pleasant and responsive the whole time. Emails were clear and courteous. Quotes were itemized and fair. They even put little plastic bags on their sneakers to avoid tracking dirt into the condo. I would highly recommend them for replacing windows. (They do other things, too, but I've just used them for new windows.)

The Original Roy's put vinyl siding on our house as well as building 3 bay windows. They did excellent work. Now, after about 15 years we noticed significant water in one of the bays. We called them, They came out the following day to inspect it even though it was just past the holidays and as per above, the work was 15 years old. They did not see a problem with that cursory inspection and sent out a team less than a week later. That team determined there was no structural damage and the likely cause was just excessive condensation since we had been away several days though very cold weather. The bottom line is that they totally stand behind their work. Their lifetime guarantee is real and they a pleasure to work with.

Remove old pressure treated deck, put in a larger and composite deck...which looks AWESOME! Great job and also appreciated suggestions on the plans for the enlarged footprint...

PERFECT! Done as planned, and left the work zone CLEANED UP! No extra debris for me to deal with after the fact.
